Q. How do your financial packages compare to traditional Equity Release schemes?
A. We offer up to 3 times more than some traditional Equity Release Home Reversion schemes but you will need to pay a reasonable level of rent. Furthermore, there are no age constraints (unlike traditional Equity Release) and any financial constraints of yours may deem that we will be your best and only real suitable option.
Q. What assurances do we have that we will be able to stay on in the property long-term?
A. It is Sell Quick Group policy to continually renew the standard tenancy agreements for as long as they are required, everything being in order and subject to individuals fulfilling their obligations as tenants.
Q. Other Equity Release schemes that we have looked at only offer very small amounts for our home, what do you offer?
A. We offer up to 3 times more than many traditional equity release home reversion schemes, thus offering perhaps the ideal solution for many who would like to release much more money than they would otherwise be able to in order to make the most of it today!
Q. Are there any hidden costs or catches if I sell my house and rent it back?
A. No. There are no costs or catches to you whatsoever. We provide free valuation, consultation and no obligation formal written offers and we provide more written reassurances than anyone else we are aware of in order to offer you the maximum possible protection.
Q. Do you have any age constraints, I know that most Equity Release products require you to be of at least retirement age?
A. No. Unlike traditional Equity Release plans, your age has no bearing on what we could offer you.
Q. My partner and I are both in perfect health, does this go against us?
A. No. Unlike traditional Equity Release plans your health has no effect whatsoever on what we will offer.
Q. We understand you will offer us a lot more than traditional Equity Release schemes but what will happen to the rent in the future?
A. Please be reassured that in conjunction with our Code of Practice and our binding, Formal Written Offer Letters we can only, and would only, charge a fair market rent, and this is a rent that could therefore never become unreasonable.
